  • Urn heart: 0.7"H × 0.7"W, excluding the bail

  2. We send an artwork proof for your approval before production begins.
  3. Reply to confirm and we make it. If we don't hear back, we use the default layout shown in the template so your order isn't delayed — and you can message us any time to change it.

Caring for gold plated cremation jewelry
Gold plating is a surface layer, and on any plated piece it softens with years of daily wear — that's true of every gold plated necklace, not only this one. To keep it bright for as long as possible: keep it dry, take it off before showering or swimming, and wipe it gently with a soft cloth. Worn this way the finish holds up well. If you'd prefer a finish that will never change, our Silver option is uncoated stainless steel.

Filling the urn heart
The chamber opens with a small screw on the back. Fill it slowly using the funnel, then tighten the screw fully. For permanent security, a tiny drop of glue on the screw threads will seal it.
